Tonight, we start our shopping spree with the visitation to our first new home prospect. Our house should be listed by the end of the week, once we settle on a price range. Because it is an older home, which we have renovated extensively and it
doesn't show like these new granite and stainless steel kitchen types, we are in a unique situation. We actually have far more square footage, more bedrooms and the potential of two separate suites within the house, but we cannot seem to find a common ground to evaluate it. We are hoping for a comparitive pricing with the extras we have over the marble tile and hardwood floor types. We can only speculate at the moment and check out other homes within our budget as well.
