So today is the first day of summer. Well, it's sunny out there anyway. The temperature could be a touch warmer, so we can believe it is bathing suit time. A little chilly on the waterfront and shocking if you actually dip your toes in the
salty brine. No I'll sit on the beach with my towel wrapped around me and drink my tea and enjoy the waves lapping at the shore, and the seagulls flapping overhead.
Besides I'm not a beach bunny anymore. The sun doesn't like me and I don't enjoy the
slow burn to my exposed body. But I think a lunch out on the patio would make a nice change to being couped up in the house. So with that I am off to find something in my fridge.
