Wake Up World

Good morning everyone. Well I woke with the birds today. Not because I wanted to but because I had the most restless sleep last night. Which means a snooze sometime
today in my lazyboy chair. But anyway, when I was contemplating on returning to bed,
I spotted this glorious view from my window, so I got out my camera and snapped away. In fact, because I took it through my window, you can actually see my camera
on the left side of the picture. Isn't that wild? Our back garden faces East so we
can get some pretty sunrises. Too bad it's only of my neighbours shed, but then it
adds a little interest to the shot.
I have a busy day planned today. It's called "mum's day". Not me, but my mother. She has a couple of doctor appointments set up this afternoon, so we will be her chauffeurs. She finally got her cast off her arm, so now we hope she stays upright
on her feet and doesn't take another fall to break something else. My daughter is all excited because they are planning on recarpeting their house and buying new living room furniture. A first in their 15 years together. The kids are excited too. Later this year everyone will be getting new beds as well, so it will seem like a new house to her. I wish I could get rid of some of my old stuff. It is years old, but doesn't show any wear at all. I am just fed up with it. (Oh, and I'm
not talking about my husband either) Maybe next year. A change is as good as a rest they say. Have a good day everyone.
