Getting into the groove

Well, today, I attended a workshop with my SU rep Alison. We could make up to 12 cards of our choice, and I managed to complete 9 in total. But I chose two that were
my favourites out of the bunch to show you. First though, you will have to forgive me because I don't have the names of the stamp sets, or remember the colours in some
cases. My catalogue is still packed away and these are in the new 2009 book.
The congratulations card is beautiful. It showcases the use of two tones of grey, with a matching satin ribbon and a half pearl. The medallion is stamped in Sahara Sand. It is so elegant. My busy Bees speak for themselves, because I don't know the colour names, but it uses a new DP as the matte and the white lacey piece is a new punch from the book.
Please enjoy.

Hi Norma,

This wedding card is gorgeous and I love the bee card - too cute! I'm sure you had lots of fun with the workshop group. :)

I read most blogs through Google Reader, so I tend to miss if people change up the look of their blog. Anyway, I popped over to your blog this morning and noticed your gorgeous new banner. It's beautiful! Sorry if you've had it up for a while and I'm just noticing now! lol :)

Hope you have a great week. Take care!

Hugs,
Julie

I just love Stampin Up products and although I don't know a rep or have much stuff, I can certainly admire the work of others. This is super Norma. I am SO glad to see that you are back in the land of the crafters!
