BLOGGER WITHDRAWAL

I am missing my blogging friends. Oh boy, will I have a lot of catching up to do when I get home. I have limited access to my sisters computer, so I can.t add
pictures but I can tell you about a lovely day we had today here in British Columbia. We took a drive into Kamloops which is about an hour and a half from Clinton. The scenery is breathtaking. This area of BC is our desert area. We have several distinctive areas, which include thick forests, craggy mountain peaks,
beautiful lake districts and of course, our coast line with its many natural walks and sandy beaches. Today we went through forested highways to sagebrush covered
desert like mountainous areas with deep canyons. Each held a surprise, whether it be a river or a bright patch of green in this oasis land. It looked like a scene out of a western movie. You could almost see the calvary riding through the canyon base and the indians sitting high on the hilltops. Of course, the setting was made even more spectacular with bright blue sky and sunshine and fluffy white clouds floating above the hilltops. Indian smoke signals perhaps. All this in the bottom
quarter of BC. I wonder what lies beyond this area. One day, we will make that trip further north, perhaps as north as the Yukon. Now that.s a sight, let me tell you. But another time. We.ll be going home on Sunday and then I will be back in
working mode again. Til then, take care everyone.
