This is an ATC that I have done for a swap called Outrageous Creativity, using the
names of OPI nail polish as our inspiration. I found a polish called VAN-couvered in
snow. And I actually had a photo of our van in 2009, when we had the super snow fall
and our unfortunate relationship to flooding when a pipe burst in the wall of our
house. The title was perfect, so I cut the picture up into equal parts and glued them down with the background paper dividing them. I added various embellishments for that wintery look and there you have it. I couldn't pass up the use of this title, now could I? Vancouver being my hometown.
