Super Saturday
Well, I spent a funfilled day at an all day crop and make n take on Saturday,
for a local store, Scrapbook City, just up around the corner from me. I won
three great prizes, one is still a surprise because I left after eight hours
and I still have to pick it up. But the card I am showing you today is one
of the make n takes, which was hosted by Diana Crick, the marvellous designer
of the Scor-Pal. This is her design and papers, which unfortunately I can't
tell you what they are, but the front piece is cuttlebugged and then the surface
is lightly sanded for that buffed off look. The tri-fold also has a bellyband
ribbon that goes around it in polka dot organdy. All the folds, of course, were
done on her Scor-Pal. It is a must have for projects and she has done some
tweaking to her original model with more score lines and rulers down each side.
And I won one!! Yahoo. People invest in this product, you won't be disappointed
or have it sit in the corner unused. Your folds are perfect every time. NO guesswork. As for Diana, she is a gem. A lovely person to talk to and a friend
from the word go.
