Today a stamping friend gave me a link to a fabulous site which showed
you how to do Iris Folding. You may have done a simple version on the
small picture frame with two coloured papers. This tree took three
different papers and I put a fourth paper in the center. But you can
continue the pattern using only 3 papers.

They have some wonderful free patterns for many different seasons, holidays,
etc.
Don't look too closely at my prototype, as after I got it done, I realised all
my errors, but it looks so pretty, that I wanted to show it to you anyway.
Make sure you make your lengths longer than I did and follow the pattern. I
didn't and as a result will have to do a better job of it on my next attempt.
Time to pack it in for the day.

I like the look of the iris-folding but don't think I would have the patience for it. Your cards is very cute, though. I like it.
