Tracy's October Challenge
I made this card for Tracy's October Challenge. Her challenge is to create a card with a theme of Disneyland or Hawaii. Two of her favourite things. If you do not
have appropriate stamps then use your noodle and create something specific to the themes. See her blogsite for details. Her link is to the left under Tracy H.
I did not have a stamp for Disney, but I received some stickers this week in the mail
and there was my subject, Jiminy Cricket. My card is basically made from embellishments using SU ink around the edges of the card only. I used SU scalloped
punch for Jiminy's "swing" which is suspended by gold cord to the top edge of the card. I added a frayed ribbon tassel to the swing and there is a crystal on the star. The lettering is computer generated with an array of colour found at Disneyland.
